What Clark Does

Clark is designed to be a quiet AI operator inside your existing chats. It does not force the team into a new tool first; it watches the places where work already happens, then turns conversation into memory, documents, tasks, CRM records, summaries, and follow-ups.

Core Strengths

StrengthWhat changes for the team
Context that survives chat noiseDecisions, people, documents, and facts become available later instead of being buried in message history.
Natural chat workflowUsers ask in plain language, mention Clark, reply to Clark, use DMs, or use slash commands.
Document intelligenceFiles become summaries, extracted entities, document history, and data for future templates.
Action captureTasks can be created from chat, assigned to owners, prioritized, listed, and marked done.
Cross-chat visibilityAdmins can ask for summaries and task reports across connected chats.
Lightweight CRMLeads, deals, notes, and pipeline stats can be created from the same conversations where sales work happens.
Role-aware toolsClark uses roles to decide which actions are available to owners, managers, employees, assistants, accountants, and unknown users.

How Clark Works In Chats

Clark saves recent messages in the chat context and keeps the last working window available to the agent. Older context is compressed into summaries so the bot can still understand what has been happening without rereading every message.

In group chats, Clark normally stays quiet. It responds when someone mentions Clark, tags the bot, replies to a Clark message, talks in a private chat, uses a Slack DM, or runs an approved command.

Listener mode can be enabled in Telegram. When enabled, Clark watches the conversation more actively and can chime in when it sees a useful reason: a question it can answer, a data inconsistency, or relevant information from documents.

Memory

Clark has several layers of memory:

  • Recent chat context for current conversation flow.
  • Entity memory for extracted values such as names, companies, phone numbers, email, INN/KPP/OGRN, dates, amounts, addresses, document numbers, bank accounts, products, services, websites, deadlines, and tax numbers.
  • Persistent workspace memory for summaries, cross-chat entities, recurring facts, preferences, and useful business rules.
  • User bio memory for facts about people and roles, such as who owns onboarding, who handles billing, or who should receive specific follow-ups.

This means users can ask questions like:

Clark, what was the INN from the invoice we uploaded?
Clark, remember that Anna owns partner onboarding
Clark, what did we decide last week about Acme?

Documents And Files

Clark can process common business files from Telegram and Slack:

  • PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT, and XML;
  • images, screenshots, receipts, scans, and photos;
  • audio and voice messages.

Depending on the file and prompt, Clark can extract text, classify the document, summarize it, pull out structured entities, save document history, merge PDFs, stamp PDFs, fill templates, edit a recent document, and create new DOCX, PDF, XLSX, CSV, Markdown, or TXT files. ZIP batch uploads are hidden in production for now; send files separately.

Workflows Clark Can Run

WorkflowExample
SummariesManual and automatic daily digest, weekly digest, cross-chat summary, meeting protocol from voice notes. Automatic daily summaries run Monday-Thursday only when the chat had messages in the previous 24 hours; weekly summaries run Monday at 10:00 in the CEO/admin timezone and are saved in Memory.
TasksCreate a task, assign an owner, add deadline and priority, list tasks, mark done.
CRMCreate leads, list leads, create deals, view pipeline stats.
TemplatesUpload DOCX templates and fill contracts, invoices, proposals, acts, NDAs, reports, certificates, and letterheads.
DocumentsGenerate reports, contracts, estimates, price lists, CSV exports, or edited DOCX files.
CommunicationSend email, generate voice replies, schedule follow-ups.
KnowledgeSearch the company knowledge base and, when needed, search the web for fresh or specific information.

What Clark Makes Easier

Clark reduces the small daily losses that compound inside busy teams: forgotten names, missing files, unclear owners, repeated questions, lost decisions, manual summaries, and context trapped in one person's head. It gives the team a shared assistant that remembers the work, organizes the details, and helps people act faster without leaving the chat.
