Tasks

Tasks is the workspace task tracker. It collects work created in the dashboard, Telegram, and Slack so owners and teams can see responsibilities, deadlines, priorities, and overdue work in one place.

Where Tasks Come From

SourceHow tasks are created
DashboardClick + New, add a title, assignee, deadline, creator, and priority.
TelegramUse /task Prepare report @ivan by 15.04 !high. Russian aliases are supported in Russian-language chats.
SlackAsk Clark to create a task in a channel/DM, then use /tasks to review the list.

Dashboard-created tasks are saved in the workspace task list. Chat-created tasks keep their source chat context, and the dashboard can update the correct task status from there.

Deadlines and Reminders

Clark highlights overdue tasks in the dashboard. For tasks with a deadline, Clark sends a reminder to the source chat one day before the deadline when the task is still active.

Tips

  • Use one clear action per task.
  • Assign one owner when possible.
  • Use deadlines only when they change behavior.
  • Check the Overdue KPI daily.
